6 Egg Whites
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 3 packets Splenda
Combine all ingredients in a blender and thoroughly mix. Spray medium sized non stick skillet with non stick cooking spray. Turn burner on to medium-high. Once the pan is fully heated pour half of the batter in. Cook on one side until the edges look done and batter bubbles in the middle (approx. 3 minutes). Then flip and cook until center is no longer runny. Cook remaining batter the same way.
