EGG WHITE & OATMEAL PANCAKE

6 Egg Whites
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Quick Oats
  • 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 3 packets Splenda

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and thoroughly mix. Spray medium sized non stick skillet with non stick cooking spray. Turn burner on to medium-high. Once the pan is fully heated pour half of the batter in. Cook on one side until the edges look done and batter bubbles in the middle (approx. 3 minutes). Then flip and cook until center is no longer runny. Cook remaining batter the same way.

    Makes 1 servings (2 large pancakes). 290 cals. 8g fat. 23g protein. 34g carbs. per serving.
