i overdid some heavy skull crushers about a year and a half ago and felt a tiny microtear at the attachment point where my elbows are.
since then, i've had pretty annoying sharp pains in my left elbow, even when warming up w/ rope tricep extensions.
i have to warm up w/ MANY sets before the pain would go away.
i finally decided to get one of those elbow wraps from a sporting goods store. "mcdavid" brand.
does a decent job of keeping compression on the elbow, and i dont feel alot of clicking or pain on my left elbow. used it for the first time today, slowly warmed up, and manage to do close grip bench presses w/ 225 for 8 reps, which i haven't done since... never.... because of that annoying elbow.
anyone else use them?
