Elevated liver enzymes

I had some bloodwork done last week. Everything came back normal except for the liver enzymes that are elevated ... Any ideas what might be causing this?

A plethora of things from your training to NSAIDs to alcohol to supplements. What are you currently taking and what were the numbers?

Working out hard can also also slightly elevate liver and heart enzymes. Eliminate any medication containing tylonel for sure.

When the liver is under stress of any kind, your enzymes can be elevated. It doesn't always mean that something is seriously wrong, but I would have it rechecked in a week or so if it was me.
