Just wondering what some of you like to listen to while working out. I've been bring my MP3 player since the sound of clanking weights and grunting wannabies gets a little old after awhile. (excuse the way I put that...LOL) Anyway, I was in the gym the other day and a slow song came on my MP3 Player and I thought I was going to nod off on the bench...LOL So I'm going to reload my player with stuff like, Metallica and Disturbed, what do you guys listen to for motivation?
