I seen this happen a number of times when I worked at a max prison. Somehow these prisoners, even doing life without parole get some of the female employee's to fall in love with them.

A friend of mine worked a federal max. He just told me there were EIGHT woman that he saw resign rather than termination for the same thing. He was a career man but still eight is a lot if you ask me. Men got involved too but they weren't let off the hook.

There's a name for it although I can't think of it. People that seek out prisoners to fall in love with. Lifts do you know?

wonder if someone visiting an inmate smuggling in contraband would receive the same light sentence

the visitor would be under the same 'spell' as this offending officer
