every once in awhile a good roofing job would come along and i'd get a bonus of 100-300bux A JOB. jobs typcially only lasting one week. Heck one time we just put some sealer on a roof took 2hrs and we got paid for 8hrs and taken out to breakfast.

kclifter what I did once was start applying to other jobs and putting down my current boss as a reference. Then when they got a reference call they would know I was looking to quit and I got a raise

mine comes out to just about that, it is $43.20 per week extra
