Whats up everybody! New to the forum but have been working out for about 8 years strong with serious dieting, and dedication. Prior to that I was just kind of going through the motions. Over the last year I decided to make some changes to my workout and got introduced by a buddy of mine and life has been very good to say the least. I'm here to learn, meet cool people with the same likes as me, and push my body as hard and far as I can. Look forward to talking with you guys..
 
Yesterday's workout was 20 min HIIT cardio and 300 abs.
