Dude you look damn good for a man that's in his 50's!! *BTW* are you a south paw? Maybe it's just the first picture but in the first pic it looks like your left Bicep is a lot bigger than the right, which is just the opposite for most everyone else.. Maybe I'm seeing this wrong either way you look good bro so slow and steady she goes!!
I was a south paw until the Nun's (with the help of their ruler) helped me go right. In a way this post has depressed me, or, at least quieted the chamber (of my mind).
I had no idea there was a difference between my arm sizes, even when I first looked at the picture.
I thought it was the combination of perspective and the wide-angle lens. My curiousity wasn't satisfied though.
Today, I got out the tape-measure to compare my arms. Sure enough, my left bicep is a 1/2" bigger and my left forearm is 3/8" bigger. This is bazarre because my right side was always bigger than my left.
I still feel good about my progress, but I guess one has to accept the inevitable.
Come to think of it, I have been placing my right hand wider on benching than my left, which would put more emphasis on the left side. Hmm.
Well there's nothing to do about it but keep plugging away.
I guess when we are consumed with promise, we are blind to reality. I'll just have to work around it.
