Friday's blast-it workout!

Friday was a short day, but I wanted to blast it, so here was my workout done in 30 minutes.

Superset 1
Bench press and T-bar row
5x5 each, rotating one then the other
non-stop/no rest between rotations
Superset 2
Squat and straight-leg deadlift
5x5 each, same as above, no rest between sets
Superset 3
wide-grip seated military press and wide-grip lat pull down
5x5 each, you know the drill
Superset 4
barbell curl and lying french press
5x5 each, blah, blah, blah, same as above
BAM!!

This workout only took 28 minutes.
I've been pumped ever since.
The picture in the members section was taken right afterwards.
If I do it every fifth workout I will be a monster in no time!

Last week I did all compound supersets. By the time I was done with my third set I looked at the clock and realized my workout was over and it had only been 30 minutes!

So I did some leg raises just for shits and giggles. Felt better about myself for being there for 45 min instead. haha.
 
That's awesome, I love compound sets, especially with multi-joint exercises.
The best part for your "shits and giggles" probably was that the guys around you probably completed 4 actual sets during your whole workout. Ha, Ha!
But of course, they know about the weather, sports, etc., from talking to their "trainer" during their workout.

*Disclaimer: not all trainers are gad-a-bouts, many are quite knowledgible, but their clients sometimes only want to talk about the Mets. "So, how 'bout dem Mets?"
