Gas prices!!!

I'm from the NY area and the gas prices are ridiculous.... For regular its at $2.30 a gallon... I think this the highest I've ever seen it and I wait for my car to be on E everytime before I fill, in hopes of it dropping down before I have to refill it!!!

Whats the gas prices like near everyone else??
 
2.30 around here. It's only going to keep going up. I swear this government sucks..
 
It's not the government it is the royal families in the middle east, and supply and demand.

taxes is the main kicker. Funny thing is how much oil is in Alaska, Canada and Venezuela, yet we don't pump more out of there.
 
Here in Calif around the Bay area price are $2.59 cheapest at Arco ... $2.69 at Shell, Union 76, Standard

Don't even want to start talking price for premium
 
One of the major problems right now is throughput. When the barrel was way down... many pipelines decommissioned lines that just couldn't pay the operating costs. Now... we cannot pump the shit fast enough.
 
I have to put premium in my car so it sucks even worse cost me 20cents extra a gallonI swear it used to cost me like 30bux to fill up now it's 40+.

Lemme tell you little trick, bro. Right now... regular unleaded is selling like crazy. So, when the gas station starts to get a little low on inventory, they order another truck load. When the truck gets there... it fills the Regular tank first. If there is any left on the truck.... it goes into the Premium tank. So, what you think should be 92/93 octane is really knocked down a bit... sometimes alot.

I hope this isn't true (not doubting you) .... I'm already pissed at paying $2.79 for 91 octane :mad:
