get a professional help. Most men don't understand the complexity of female reproductive system and trying to coach females with limited knowledge can cause more harm. just look at some of the horror show you see at IFBB and lower tier female competitors. women already go through severe mood swings as it is, imagine with AAS, and then having to come off them, how horrible they'd feel....
I don't have any knowledge in endocrinology, especially for females, but i do know how they handle training and diet. here are a few rules.
1. they need twice as much effort in the gym with half the result of men.
2. they have more work capacity
3. they recover quicker(probably due to less load tolerance and less ability to properly engage muscles)
4. they have more mobility, some are hypermobile
5. as a man, we can be eating 5000 cal, then we cut to 4000 cal and lose 10lbs in 2 weeks. women who only eats 1200 cal, how much cal do we cut out? 300 cal, so 900 cal/day? then if that stops working, then how much more do we cut? 300 cal so 600 cal/day? nobody eats 600 cal/day and don't go insane. moral of the story is, they'll need to cut very little at a time and stay there for a long time before making another small cut.
If she looks better then she'll feel better. relying on AAS/PEDs for results ends up on just that, addiction.
work on her training and diet first.
