Hey hey, Akira here. I'm new to Peak-Muscle but not so much to the iron community.

I guess I'm considered an old guy now, 5 kids, wife, ex-wife, a dog... rotator-cuff surgery. NPC/APF retired and now I just train to keep up with my wife and kids. :)

I'd own a mansion and a yacht if it weren't for my 5 d@mn kids!

Man, it's great to see a lot of you guys still out here on the boards. Many of you have written articles, shared experience and opinions that make the community what it is - badass. :headbang:

welcome...you've chosen a great site to be on.if my comp wasn't always on the fritz i'd be on more often lol.
