glucosamine what amounts do ye take?
i brought 500mg tablets yesterday and was visiting my doctor today and he was not to impressed taking 500mg he thinks 250mg is enough, whats ye're feeling on this?
i am on a steroid cycle at the moment as well and obivously lifting way heavier weight that normal

That's funny. It's typically prescribed at 500mg TID. It's becoming more prevalent and is often used in individuals who have diagnosed OA. I will also say there is great controversy surrounding its efficacy.
