i havent shot glutes in yrs and i got a wild hair up my ass and decided to do it saturday i have had a sore ass for 3 days now!!

i only ran 375mg of test in my right cheek but never again LOL

gonna stick with bis tris delts and calves

I just did a delt shot this weekend that still has me retarded! I never have trouble with glutes though.
Calves? Where at exactly?

calves....fuck that! lol....that sounds too fucking painful.

op: if you get too low with your glute shot, it can cripple your ass for a week or so. make sure to stay high, and go deep enough!

IMHO it all depends on dart size and BA% for your calves

i only do butt and quads

i refuse to do the calves, once was enough for me

I love calves. Easy on the oil volume, but I have went as high as two ml in each calf at the same time. No issues other than mile soreness. My quads are riddled with scar tissue but they are my fav. I hit my delt for the first time in eons the other day, it is hard for me to reach around. Glutes are nice when someone can pin me, only two peeps I trust and one of them only did it once.

Mostly do glutes w/ my oil, abs w my peps of course. Put some homeade tren 1ml in each calf one time, couldnt hardly walk for days. Dont remember the bb/ba ratio, it was in one of those kits.
