My GI really can't handle a lot of food anymore. I get pretty bloated unless I am super clean. I think I need a short keto stint to clean things up. For protein I do a 50 g shake in lactose free milk an hour before bed. That helps for sure in recovery and leaning out. It probably doesn't help that I've been off (on just replacement) for 20 weeks.
 
I like the read, it reinforces my nutritional beliefs. I eat a large helping of fat free cottage cheese with a little fruit mixed in every evening about two hours before bed.
