had a fight today

With a female student, not pretty (the fight, the student either).
She walked to behind my chair and said, "Watch-choo gonna do about it?"
I was at the computer and looked straight up and could see her face above me.
I got up and said, "Hey, what are you doing behind my desk?" She moved on front of me.
Now the computer desk is behind me, and my teacher desk is alongside my right leg.
I said, "You're blocking my path, I would like to go to the door." She...gibberish...
I put my left forearm at a 45 degree angle across my waist and said, "I'm walking to the door, please do not obstruct my way..."

As I said this I began walking forward, which, of course forced her to move, but she had no intention of moving.
She took a swipe with her left, left a double scratch from my earlobe to my eye.
Then as I was blocking that and her other hand she grabbed my tie and tried to pull me forward and down.
I lunged into her with my right forearm under her chin, grabbed her right hand with my left, and slammed her into the wall over a desk.
She jumped away from the desk and pulled on the tie trying to get me down again, but once again I leaned down then lunged with my forearm under her chin (purely for control, of course) and shoved her up onto another table along the wall.
She hopped off the table and pulled the tie again but this time I had enough.
As she was pulling me we tripped and I was going down on my side, but at the last second, I hooked my right hand on the side of her head and slammed her down with me on top instead.
It was absolutely ridiculous. This student is supposed to graduate in a week.
As others grabbed her and I was getting up she got in another chin punch and a kick to the chest. Face all scarred up, stuff here and there bothering me, WTF?
I pressed charges, society has a right to know of what creatures are among their midst, but of course, justice and law in the same sentence? In what alternative universe?
Fuck it,another one on the chin, I guess.

have you had issues with this child before? Thats weird she would just pick a fight with you this close to the end of her schooling.. Maybe they expell her and she doesn't graduate..
 
Damn bro thats crazy....My mom always said if a girl hits u hit her back..I know u cant do that but the minute she took a swipe at me i would have dropped the bitch....
 
Things have changed since we were in school....well, since I was in school.
That sort of thing was uheard of except during the annual race riots right after segregation.

Personally, I think she's friends with the kid that stabbed me 2 years ago. It seemed too much like a vendetta thing to me.
Against all reason, but I'm sure there's a huge knot on the back of her head where she "engaged" the concrete floor.
I guess she thought the same shit she used to beat down black men would work with a white man.

mrhtbd, you've had more than your fair share of this kind of treatment at that school. Can't you get a job at a different school...a little bit away from the ghetto?
 
As a facilitator, it is your responsibility to instill into the youth of your fair community, the ethical and moral implications surrounding such outlandish and unacceptable behavior. The far reaching ramifications this youth’s behavior has on society can easily be rectified through caring and understanding. Only then will this youth realize what an integral role she plays in not only her own future, but the future of all the other disenchanted youth whose conduct is a result of a corrupt upbringing.

Fuck it, I'm out on Doctor's orders until June 20th.
The Principal's tried to lure me into a "meeting" with the Assistant Superintendent to "determine whether the student can return to the school." Hmmm, since when did my opinion matter?
They set the meeting up for June 19th.
I don't want to go because "knowing them and their style" it's going to be a railroad to nowhere for me.
I contacted the Union Rep.
He wrote, "attend nothing period, you are out on Doctor's orders."
Then he wrote, "I will not let them screw you over with this."
Music welcome to my ears.
School officially ends for faculty on the 19th, so, far as I'm concerned I'm done for the summer.
Also, I will be paying myself over the summer, with money I had taken out of each bi-weekly pay during the year, and put in an escrow account for such a purpose.
I'm set until September.
I'll apply for other jobs, but if the Doc still has me out I'm changing nothing. They owe me bigtime. Two altercations in 3 years and both shoulders fucked. Somebody's gotta pay, one way or another.
