eah you heard me right I had a fucking heart attack yesterday.
woke up at about 2:30am yesterday and it seriously felt like somebody stabbed me on the left side of my chest and wouldn't quit pushing on it. My left arm and shoulder was hurting like a sob too. I tried to get up out of bed but I could barely breath so I had to lay down for about 20minutes but my neck was hurting to bad so I had to get up. I got up and took 3aspirin to try and dull the pain but it didn't work.
I sat in the recliner for about 2hrs hoping my chest and arm would quit hurting but it never stopped. I finally got to where I could breathe normal again and I was getting very tired so I went and layed back down in bed. After about another hour I fell back asleep.
Well I wasn't going to go to the hospital but one of my lifting friends kept calling me and telling me I should, so I did. Sure enough after several tests more pains having to be transported to a cath lab they found out I had a heart attack. Luckily I have no blockage it was caused by coronary artery spasms which happens in one out of 100,000ppl. Pretty much just cuts off the blood to the heart. Doctor said it's just genetic and has nothing to do with how I live my life and I am heathly as a horse besides this.
Anyway looks like I might be on some pills for the rest of my life now
