Have a cold

finally nice out, and I end up getting sick. Felt it coming on, but couldn't avoid it lol. I have a full blown cold...

personally, im a big beleiver in drinking nyquil until i am unaware of the fact that i was sick in the first place and then going to bed, and hope for better the next day cause nyquil gets expensive when you drink 1/2 a bottle 2x a day. (the target brand is exactly the same and cheaper)

in case you were still wondering, zinc..I took and will continue to supplement with zinc.

man I wished zinc worked for me, I have tried it over and over, everyone keeps telling me take zinc for colds but it just didn't do jack for me. Seems like no matter what I take my cold still lasts a minimum of 2-3 weeks.
