Help On Cuttness

I just want some help on how to build cutness. I have Limited my diet to tuna fish, salads and vegetables everyday. I have also been taking chromium and metabolife pills. How offten should I work out to build cutness and should I stick to the lighter weights when working out? What supplements would you suggest to take that will help the cutness effect?
 
To maintain mass lift heavy otherwise you lose muscle and your BMR drops. Do not eat less than 10 times your weight in pounds in calories. I like to use a little T3 to boost my matabolism when cutting.
 
i just bought some t3 from cem products,, any info on the quality and does it have a shelf life since i plan on using it in 2 months,, and i got 2 bottles of it that have 25mcg per spray so can i run this until its all done everyday starting with one pump a day for a week then moving up to 2 pumps a day after 2 weeks NS THEN FOR THE THIRD WEEK GO TO 3 PUMPS A DAY UNTIL I FINISH IT OFF, not sure how long to stay on it? any response i appreciate

It's good quality. I personally stay on T3 for extended peroids but rarely exceed 50mcgs ed.
