five kids three dogs wifey --ive had this setup for almost three years bro and its nice to have if u got the motivation, but is tough in my cellar so moving to my newly framed area in the garage will be better

Nice setup, I lifted at home for about 3 years before I joined back up at a gym. I can tell you just got done maxing on smith squats.

Lol I was waiting for someone to finally say that. I actually leave the tens on at all times so when i add wait it is approx the 45lb bar weight.The bar weighs approx 22lbs due to being counterbalanced so add the twenty and its close to 45
Yeah I really dump deep with that weight
