popping in to say hi -- just got out of the hospital not long ago -- was in a motorcycle accident -

my shows have been put off till march -- i was coming in the best shape i have ever been -- 240 lbs with a full set of abs and still was 8 weeks out from the atlantic states -

some dumb bitch couldnt wait for fucking traffic and took that away from me when she pulled out in front of me - there is a pic of it on sm i made the local paper -- i am happy to be alive and nothing broken !!! size and mass pays trama center told me if it were not for my size i would have been in bad shape - i hurt my lower back, left side ass area - i could not walk for days -- i am up and ready to start training slowly monday -

all i can say is someone was with me that day - on coming traffic stopped just short of me saving my life - would have been killed if the guy coming up the road was not quick enough to realize what was happening - i landed in the on coming traffic lane -- flew 30 feet thru the air after i took out her windshield with my left shoulder -

did not hurt my shoulder - just my low back when i hit the pavement - no give there lol - never hit my head

just glad that i can be with my family could have been all taken away cause someones impatience - :wallbash:


so hows everyone one been -- lifts, dawg, deacon etc, etc, been abit -- been training day and night -- untill this shit happened
 
glad you made it house . being our size sucks sometimes but like they told you your size saved you this time .

I remember when Wheeler got in his accident, they told him the same. He might not even be alive were it not for his overall conditioning.

Hope you rebound nicely man, bike accidents aren't always very kind!! Best of luck brother.
 
Oh damn that sucks. sorry to hear this. It's good to hear you're not seriously hurt. You know what the show can wait. Luck was on your side for sure. Was the dumb bitch on a cell phone? That is one of my big gripes. the fuckin cell phone. driving has to be taken seriously but sometimes we make mistakes and this is the end result. How did she manage to hit you. did she come out from a side street while you guys were moving along and she blind sides you?
 
:is shakeing and hair is standing up on neck: I ride also and I'm always on the look out for idiots. Some days traffic is so bad with dumb asses I am physically worn out from the mental stress of trying to stay alive on a bike as I ride through the city. As I get older its almost not worth it.

But then some young girl asks if I will take her for a ride and its all worth it:D

ronb, she came out of a side street -- tried to beat traffic coming the other direction --- witness said she just kept inching out into the road - in a fucking rush

back in the gym as of monday -- i feel good --
 
as long as you're ok that's the main thing. people amaze me that's why i have a truck.
 
Glad to see you are safe and back to the gym already. People like that are the reason I HATE riding alone. "I didn't see him" is what those asshole always say. Well, if they would open their fucking eyes, get off their cell phones, and get their heads out of their asses, then the roads may be a "little" safer for us bikers.

These assholes on cell phones are annoying. Shit they're a hazard waiting to happen to everyone else on the road. i almost had some fool in a small car veer into me this week while talking on the phone. when he looked up and saw my truck he shit himself but never put the phone down. what's so fucking important that needs to be talked about right now!

Damn house....glad your doing okay now....every time I hear from you is when something bad happens to you....shit, call it a case of bad luck....

Hit the gym hard and you'll be good to go.

I had an accident myself 8-9 months back...Keept me in bed for 1-2 months :( Lost 20 lbs but guess what. My body rested and I put on 30-35lbs more now....

Keep your ass out of trouble...lol

i am waiting for my diet to come now -- am going to do the eastern states in november , then the met in april - trying like hell to qualify at one of those shows - i want to do the jr usa,s -

currently 258 lbs with abs :)
 
i just started riding a bike,,, lol its my first so im a fucking pussy with the cc's i ned to learn bfore i get the harley i want,,
 
Good to have you back!!!! It sucks when you feel like you have reached your pinnacle and it all falls apart!!! Worst feeling in the world when you're dedicated! But like you said, it's better to be here and be out of the gym than not be here at all. I threw my shoulder out trying to break my max bench and now feel like the worlds closing in on something i love to do! Your case is much more serious so hang in there!!! Hopefully you'll heal fast.
