hey guys......It's me, windycitybeast.....i tried to sign up as WCBeast, but it said my email already had an account here. so i just went w/ it. (If an admin can change the name, feel free)

anyway, i took a year off......raw deal and all. and was just looking to get back on board....pun intended. saw a few guys on here i remember, i hope all's going well.
 
lol.....according to my join date....it only took me 3 years to post something........

thanks guys. just needed some time away. had a lot of fun, bought a guitar and learnexd how to play it. went through a couple of girlfriends, did a lot of partying. came to find out, it's a lot more fun to drink less and be jacked at parties.....better attention that way. and i came back to what i've always loved. lifting. i thought i'd grown out of it, done for good, but.......it kept calling me, eventually i had to give in and get to that gym
