I'm an oldie that use to be around the different boards. My home board was Intense Training under the Handle Colossus.

Any of you IT guys still around?

Glad I stumbled across PM.com

Looks like a very nice forum here and I'm thankful to be a registered member. I look forward to being apart of the vast amount of knowledge exchanged on the board.

Welcome to Peak-Muscle Prometheus. I remember your Colossus handle. Are you aware that this is basically the old Intense-Training board merged with 2 other boards (Anabolic-Enhancement and Powerbuilding.net)? Liftsiron has tried to stay in touch with all the old I-T members. Lots of the old I-T guys are here...DawgpoundHank, Deacon, DaDawg to mention a few. Stick around!

John Benz, I remember you and all those names. Good to see the bro's still around.

I actually did a search on my name on this board and I found some of my old posts. I was a member of A-E so my posts must of carried over. It's a shame that I was inactive for so long my screen name was forfeited but I understand. Too bad I didn't sign up a month ago, I noticed someone joined the board as "Colossus" around July 30 when I was looking in the introduction area.

Anyway, nice to be here guys. I was always at the top of my lifting game when I would check in here. Almost as if you guys kept me in check! :)
