today at the gym , i had a wake up call that reminded me that i am under a heavy treatment that is kepping me alive but does have some nasty sides ! nasty because they are not evident , always !

you have the evident ones , such as being nauseous as a pregnant woman , or the diarheas , but , you have the insidious ones !

first , depression : i often surprise myself almost crying when watching tv programs that show misery , disease ...
then , a continuous tiredness , that can make you feel like shit , even after sleeping a full night !
i am in my third week of a blast , fully loaded , but , today at the gym i was dragging myself as if i was on pct , depleted and having no sleep !
this reminded me that , first i was sick , then then , that the treatment is taking is toll on my recovery abilities ( and i am only working out three days a week , eod ) !
then , your body is not able to use the food as efficiently as it should ( less proteins absorption , get fat more easily ...)
loss of libido ( my wife is very patient with me on this , after having knowing me able to perfrom every day !) , erection disfonction ...

but , it is worth to fight through all this , first , because life is worth it , then , for the bodybuilder hiv out there , progress can still be made , and i will show you soon with new pics !

you will be proud of you lil'frenchbb !

if you have people around you going through heavy hiv treatment , help them to keep the head up , it is not an easy journey , but , good family and friends make it worth it ! such as you the people i will certainly never meet but who did gave me support !
THANKS TO ALL !

will do bro...I think the hardest part of all you are doing is mentallity, heart and shear determination..you licked all of those..that is the number one key....keep your head up and stand strong....

hang in there , new meds/treatments come every day in medicine so a major breakthrough could be just around the corner .

got my last lab test today , first time my T4 are over 200 ( normal is 500 , under 200 and you are on your way to full blown aids ) , so , good news !
