Hello all,
rather than lurk about endlessly I'll say hi. I'm here for knowledge to stave off what my peers tell me is inevitable softness. Have learned much over the last 5 years, amazed at how much i still don't know. Familiar names here will attest to my nube-ism... I promise not to get under foot
nearing 50, 5'10 197 15 - 20 % wanna be 10 - 12 %
not afraid of hard work, but am afraid the next knee op will be the last before replacement.... as a result the Legs lag
