How fast should I ..

do my reps while training, usually I do 'em slow but when I do the triceps I work em quickly, is it better to execute slow and nice or faster ???

It's a personl thing that you have to test out and see what works best for you. I have watched several pro BBing vids and all of them have different trainging techniques. Just experiment and see what works best for your body.
 
ok. I might be wrong but when I do my reps quicker it feels like its easier ya kno ?
 
I like to work my reps med-slow. This way I can concentrate on my form. If you can do more weight working it fast you are probably not doing the movement properly or just "slinging" the weight.

I don't think that the rep speed matters as much as constant tension being kept on the muscle throughout the movement.
 
Lower the weight slowly and under control , pause a second at the bottom of your rep, then explode up, or down..whatever.
I remember reading in a flex mag about a pro who pretends he is like a spring, compresses slowly and under control, the explodes on the lift. Works well and makes sense to me.
 
When I am bulking I ussally do fast reps with little form. I mostly just try to do the heaviest weight that I can.
