How lean?

Depends... i try to keep some ab definition a sloppy 4 pack works lol
right now i am in this super bulker mode and feel worse than i look
 
Got to eat big to get big
but dont get thhat twisted
eat as clean as you can as much as you can

While bulking i add a bit more grains and even some bread
with out it i couldnt afford to fuel this hunger
 
I try to stay around 15% but like to pack it on so sometime I get a little closer to 20% when I get close to 260, Right now been eating like hell but mostly clean and I'm having a time i'm just hovering around 245 to 248 varies, So it looks like I'm going to have to dirty bulk a little more if I want to put anymore on right now...
 
I don't stay lean in the winter....but after the baby is here I'm gonna diet with the wife so it will be different for me
 
I try to stay the same year round. Than I don't have to restrict calories to get back to where I want to be. Like now. Lol. I ate like a pig last month. So. I'm restricting calories.
 
I've been staying in a range where I can get to about 11% in 5-6 weeks of strict clean diet. a lot of the junk weight I think is water and inflammation from foods that don't agree with me but taste damn good. Breads, chocolate and of course cookies are my downfall lately. 5 lbs come off right away. Then it's a slower process.
 
I always think back to the Golden era guys. They did low carb most of the week and did a junk refeed once a week. that was pretty much year around. They weren't really into junk bulking.
 
Talk about inflammation. My Achilles are fucking whacked and I started an NSAID. Lots a chocolate cake, candy and ice cream last few days. Birthdays suck. Lol.

This morning started the diet. And the NSAIDs. Should be ok soon. Started ghrp 6 too. Gonna double check to see if that was the cause of my hand pain.

This is the era i think is the best ever.. and with that
that is the style i go for from training to diet to look

5 days a week its all meat and veggies... little brown rice
or sweet potato .. maybe a sandwich or two to make up calories i may have missed

Weekends free game.. being in Tx alot of texmex food
 
I didn't really know what lean was till I got put on this wild diet by doc because I tested sensitive to most of the carb family. Very low carbs most of which are green sent bf into a plummet Ive never experienced. Now here we are at December. Finally could wear a speedo and actually look respectable...but its December.

Guess I'll shovel snow in my speedo. I'll wear a hat.
 
My weight stays about the same all year (between 145 and 147lbs). I don't bulk or cut anymore since I've been natural for over 3 years now.
