Everyone eats carbohydrates. You pretty much can not get around it. We need carbs for energy after all. But the question still remains: how many carbs should I eat in a day? Are there drawbacks from eat too little or too many carbs? What are the side effects of eating carbs or abstaining from eating carbs? Well once again, as with protein, it depends on what you do on a daily basis. Furthermore, ingestion of carbs should be focused more around the question: WHEN should I eat carbs during the day?

Well it all depends on what your current goal at the time is: cutting, bulking, or kinda like a maintaining/lean bulking. Everyones body type is different and unique to how it responds to carbs. For me personally if im just trying to do a lean bulk or slow without puffing up real quick i go with a gram per pound of body wieght. If im really bulking i go wth two grams. If im cutting i go with 150grams. The important thing is you want to make sure that the carbs you do eat need to be clean complex carbs mostly such as whjole wheat, or whole grain. Simple carbs are ok but if they arent used for fuel quickly then they are stored quickly as fat. Thats why i keep them pretty low to almost non existent. I will however consume some if i know im bout to head to the gym for a nice insulin spike and it doesnt matter really because they will get used.

depends person to person i try to keep it about the same with my protein but usually higher by 100g or so.

Depends on your overall goals but whats it matter anyways? you're banned! lol
