Don't really know where to post this, but how much does stored muscle glycogen make a difference to muscle size?
When you train your muscles with the goal of hypertrophy, do you also increase it's ability to store more glycogen?
Lastly, how exactly is it stored? I mean, fat for example, is stored in adipose cells, right? So what cells store muscle glycogen?
