How to annoy port scanning mofos?

Recently, ZoneAlarm keeps firing off alerts of these mofos scoping me out from Turkey and China. Most people turn the alerts off, but I LIKE to see who da fucking is scoping me so I leave 'em on.lol Anything I can do to annoy these mofo's back or should I just lay low and ignore as they might be some hi-tech hackers?lol
