And I've often heard that a steak can be compared to your hand...the palm, medium; under the pinky, well-done; and under the thumb, rare...I've never tried this, so I don't know...I doubt it.

that chart isnt any good , it doesnt list dadawg done
thats where you cut the hooves and horns off and serve it up ;)
nah i like mine red but no blood . i heard one guy tell the waiter to just pass his plate over a lighter when he brought his staek to the table :p

i'm all about the rare meat. as long as its not cold, i'll eat it.
