Realistically, many of us are older and bigger now, but when younger, be honest, how many struggled to gain weight? I am now the heaviest ever at 275 pounds now for 2weeks, and personally feel this or that, but the strange fact is I've had more compliments in the past 2 months than in the last 2 years. Very strange but real. If anything, with 18" calves, biceps and neck, and 2' across shoulders, I look mostly like a strong man or power lifter. One can only dream, and maybe on the road, but this writing is for people who want to gain weight, and here's a method which is easy and effective. The ingredients: 1cup of brown rice, 2 tbsp butter, 1 lb beef burger, 2 16oz cans of stewed tomatoes, 1 16oz can of kidney beans, eggs, frozen mixed vegatables and shredded cheese (I use 4 cheese mix). Brown the beef using Med heat and a lid (so it's not burned) stir often. In a large pot over medium-high, add 16oz kidney beans and 2 cans of 16 oz stewed tomatoes, bring to boil. When the meat is browned scoop out (leaving juices) the meat and add to the beans/stewed tomatoes, cover and simmer for an hour. In a separate saucepan, boil 2 1/2 cups of water and 2tsp butter to boil, then
add 1 cup of brown rice, cover, and simmer for an hour. When both are done, a reward of 2 scoop of rice covered with 3 scoops of meat/beans/tomatoes with 4-cheese mix sprinkled on top is "the way to Valhalla!" Yum

Store the leftovers separately; rice in 1container and beef/beans/stewed tomatoes in another. Breakfast: put a few tbsps of water in a saucepan and add 1/2 cup of frozen mixed vegetables, bring to a boil then add 1/3 cup brown rice and 1/2 cup of beef/beans/stewed tomato mix, stir constantly, bring to boil then move to medium-low. Make an opening in the center of pan and add 1 tbsp of butter, add 2 eggs, stirring to scramble/slowly adding surrounding ingredients. When fully cooked, sprinkle with 4cheese mix, reduce heat and cover. Viola! Pour coffee, pour egg/beef/etc mixture in a large bowl... use a spoon! Welcome to weight-gain Jethroe!!!

yup diet is everything. I can put a gram of test in me and lose 10lbs and keep all my strength and lean weight while just losing body fat. And I can gain 10-15lbs eating more easily with a gram of test in 2-3 months mostly lean weight of course some fat. Doesn't matter how much gear you put in you, nutrition is still the key.
