1. buy a half kilo of soy bean (fresh soy bean)
2. soak it in the warm water for 6 hours.
3. peel the skin of the soy bean
4. once it is peeled put it in the blender and wait to be crush lol
5. get a peice of clean cloth then put the blended soy on the cloth and milk it up nigga.
6. put the the soy milk in the kettle let boil and add some water.(putting water depends on how sticky you want it) you can put honey to make it sweet.
7. whhaalllaaa.. enjoy it wit some whey protein or your you can added it in yo protein shake.. its healthy high protein and good for cholesterol
