The dose is not the secret. It's the strategy behind it. Timing, food, thyroid, blood markers. That's where the real edge lives.

Dosage:
2-4 iu daily. which can be split into two injections.

Timing: @2:42
If the goal is fat loss, take it in the morning, fasted pre-exercise.
Savage pumps in the gym, take it preworkout.
To maximize IGF-1, take it post-workout with carbs and protein.
To supercharge recovery. Take it before you go to bed.

Administration: @3:09
Subcutaneous. This is going to peak in three to four hours. Best for fat loss. Taken before you go to sleep.This will mimic natural pulses giving a steady IGF-1 level.

Intramuscular. This is going to peak in 1 to 1.5 hours best taken preworkout for that short-term boost.

Thyroid: @3:25
GH suppresses conversion of T4 to T3 over time. Get labs. If you see your free T3 is low, start with T4, 25 to 50 mcg in the morning fasted. Then only add T3 at 12.5 mcg if 3T drops below 3 pg/ml.

Most people have little problem with thyroid on hgh. I would suggest using T3 if you want to burn more fat. T4 is inactive unless converted so why bother with it.
