Been busting my ass with my big arms routine, this past month, while still
doing 10x10 for other body parts, 3 times a week, and have been dieting like crazy as well.

Got down to 220 yesterday and stayed there today.
Looking very lean and the cuts are popping out all over.

Shoulders are 59", Chest is 51", and waist is 33".
Neck, arms, and calves are all around 18".
Feels good!

Now I want to stay under 225 for the summer.
Also, my 34" jeans are now loose on my waist, but snug on my thighs.
Lookin' good, feelin' good, life is good!
