I was using Blown SC's "The Cutting Primer" to get to a target weight of 209 by july 10th. I started at 235. Well I hit 209 about a week ago. Way ahead of schedule. So I let my self go back up to 215 and will hit the diet that diet again on june 1 with a new goal of 200lbs by July 10th. Strgenth and energy are still good and I start a labor intensive job monday so I dont anticapate any problems in reaching my new goal.
