Long story short - guy gets charged $0.002 per KB for his usage instead of the 0.002cents/KB, then a bunch of people at Verizon can't tell the difference between the two numbers...

The guy got an email today saying the 70bux would be taken off his bill. It also said that the rate is .002dollars per kb not .002cents per kb and he should check that out before going to canada next time.
