did legs tonight -- i did not want to get up off the couch to climb the dreaded stairs lol
this was my leg routine today
started
4 sets of extensions --squeezing hard at the top-
then super setting leg press with walking lunges--we leg pressed then got up and walked out into the parking lot -throw a bar over the shoulders and start lunging across the parking lot --yup 85 degrees hot and fucking humid-
did those for 3 sets each
then squats for 3 sets, then finished with sissy squats--
toast
