Total Time: 60 minutes (including prep)
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil
3. Spray your non-stick on the foil
4. Cut sweet potatos in halves
5. Then cut in 1/8" thin slices
6. Spread the fries all over the sheet evenly to cover the entire sheet
7. Sprinkle with cinnamon and some splenda
8. Bake til desired crisp and flip fries every 10 minutes with spatula (45-50 minutes)
FYI: These are best fresh out of the oven and DO NOT make good leftovers. (leftover regular fries are never good leftovers either)
