I helped bust some kids today

My son and I were putting groceries in the car in the shopping center parking lot and I looked and saw 3 teenagers get out of a car and jump a fence and entered a sump area, then they jumped another fence and into someones backyard. They looked suspicious, even though they were all white..LOL, anyways I called the cops and gave a plate number. Well I got a call back and sure enough they robbed the house and were pulled over a couple miles away and not far from where I live, so I went down there and identified those little bastards. Come to find out, it was a relative of one of the crooks and that area has been hit a few times over the last month, and they believe that these kids have been doing it. My son thought the whole thing was cool cause all the cops were talking to him and telling him that his daddy was like superman fighting crime. Of course, I knew some of the cops from the gym.:headbang:

I witnessed a heist once. Two guys were passing guns over a fence. I had two young kids in the car with me at the time and it finally dawned on me what was happening. I changed directions and attempted to catch up to them but was too late to get the plates numbers.

I think they finally solved the crime and was told I "did the right thing" by not confronting them. Whatever.

Thieves need to be shot on sight by the property owner.
