I haven't seen any giving Obama any credit for getting the job done.

Burial at sea sounds like bullshit to me. If it sounds like a hoax and smells like a hoax, it doesn't take a "conspiracy theorist" to question that nonsense. If they had his body, it would have been brought here for proof. Obama's people are stupid, but not retarded enough to get rid of any proof of something this huge. Sounds like a last ditch effort for an Obama re-election.

Will never work though as people are more worried about the economy and Obama has proven he can't do anything but make it worse.

(May 2, 2011) - Former President George W. Bush says he has congratulated President Barack Obama after hearing about the death of Osama bin Laden.

In a statement Sunday night, Bush said Mr. Obama called to tell him that U.S. forces had killed bin Laden.

Bush said he also congratulated the men and women of our military and intelligence communities who devoted their lives to the mission.

Bush said, "This momentous achievement marks a victory for America, for people who seek peace around the world, and for all those who lost loved ones on September 11, 2001."

He also said the U.S. "has sent an unmistakable message: No matter how long it takes, justice will be done. "

Flag-waving supporters of the former president left flowers and patriotic balloons outside his Dallas home after learning of the U.S. strike.

About a dozen backers of Bush, who was in power during the September 2001 terrorist attacks, gathered outside the gate leading to his residence until early Monday as thunderstorms reached the area.

Some displayed U.S. flags.

One sign read, "Thank you President Bush."

Bush?s spokesman David Sherzer said Monday the ex-president does not plan any additional statements.

Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas, said the mission has been accomplished to take down the leader of the terrorist network.

Cheney says Obama deserves credit in bin Laden's killing
By Michael O'Brien and Daniel Strauss - 05/02/11 09:31 AM ET

Former Vice President Dick Cheney toasted President Obama, saying the Democratic president deserves credit, along with members of the military and intelligence communities, for the killing of Osama bin Laden.

Cheney, who was vice president during the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks initiated by bin Laden, and who's been a consistent critic of Obama on national-security issues, expressed his relief at the al Qaeda leader's death.

"This really is a great day for an awful lot of people who worked very hard for a long time," Cheney said in brief remarks, video of which was aired on MSNBC.

Cheney praised members of the military and intelligence officials for their work over the better part of the last decade to capture or kill bin Laden. The former Republican vice president said that Obama and his national-security team "deserve a lot of credit, too."

In an earlier statement, Cheney offered his congratulations to Obama, who late on Sunday night announced that a strike he'd ordered in Pakistan had successfully killed bin Laden.

Cheney warned of future vigilance against terrorism, though.

"Al Qaeda remains a dangerous enemy," Cheney said. "Though bin Laden is dead, the war goes on. We must remain vigilant, especially now, and we must continue to support our men and women in uniform who are fighting on the front lines of this war every day. Today, the message our forces have sent is clear ? if you attack the United States, we will find you and bring you to justice."
