I typically add protein powder to my oatmeal and occasionally pancakes. Do you guys have any tricks for where you can hide some? Protip: if you make high protein pancakes using powder, peanut butter, and extra eggs then no one else in the family wants to even try them. I don't use syrup either.

My wife does sometimes. It's a nice change every once in a while instead of egg whites and oatmeal.

I add protein powder to Greek yogurt. I'll even mix up a scoop in a little water then add it to my coffee like creamer.

If you are in a bulking phase, I just made up a quick bread with Vanilla, PB2, whey, 6 eggs, homemade trail mix, raisins, some oil and milk made from powdered milk. It was actually very good. I calculated it out to out 20 grams protein per serving.

I eat it mixed with oatmeal every day. You can also make "sweet rice" by mixing protein powder with white rice. I use enough water so that it's not just a big clump

Thanks for these ideas. I really like the sweet rice and coffee ideas. Probably best to you vanilla flavored protein I imagine. Thank you all!
