Try training shoulders and chest on the same day so that your shoulders have a full week to recover. I have been doing this for about a month now and it is working really well. I train shoulders first then I train chest. My shoulders are really warmed up before I hit chest. I have a lateral tear in my left labrum I have been battling since '06. I am able to pre exhaust my shoulders so that when I do hit chest, I use a lighter weight and really focus on my chest muscles instead of my front delts.

rite there with ya D. I train chest tris shoulders on in the same sesh. Limited my reps of bigger movements like shoulder press and bench and its been going really smooth.
tris and shoulders doing alot better!

ive been thinking about trying this too. since my working weight has gone up so much, after i train chest my shoulders are too sore to do the actual shoulder day unless i give a few days between...

Tried this method didn't work for me. I was to fatigued on shoulders/chest that the one body part was not being worked enough to worth lifting it.

Well it's worth a try, Mines not bad for say and don't hurt just yet, But have started making a loud crack or popping noise when I lift heavy.,It doesn't do it when I bench under 280 but anything over it up into the 300's it gets really loud and I know it's bound to be doing something, not sure wtf is is? I've thought about trying some alflutop? anyone else other than hawk tried this?

That's what I was thinking. I'm so spent from 3 exercises of chest, tris only get 2 and then I'm done...

I do space shoulders and chest out as far as possible.

Yeah I get back and legs in there on days between chest and shoulders
