Hey Im a new comer to this site and to the sport of body building. I have been training for all of three years now. Along with my younger brother and father. My pops had been working out for 12 years then he got a shoulder problem had an athletic specailist do surgery on him and pretty much died out from there. Well anyhow we all have been training very hard food somewhat ok its extremely hard to get all the meals although I do know how important it is.
I have come along ways we started at a okay YMCA then i got a job with them resently they sent me to some classes and there I learned tricks on how to make the mucsle grow shocking the mucsle stuff like that I you its not much but you have to start somewhere. I truely want to go as far I as I can if I can make it to Pro Bodybuilding then get if I dont then thats ok as as long as I give it all I have. Im 19 as of May 9th 2004. Im still bulking.
My good points are Quads outer sweeps some what on hamstrings calfs are ok need work on inner quads over all legs are pretty good thanks to years of soccer Upper body is ok triceps are a favorite so they are pretty good biceps are ok but could be bigger forearms need help shoulder need help (but worker very hard on it) back is ok but can always be better chest is ok but can also be better. not focusing on abs or torso right now I am focusing on all much harder stuff first I dont know if that sounds good or not. I hit every major body part twice a week like legs and biceps chest and shoulders back and triceps then start over again. Soon gonna change it up to shock the mucsle I prolly go with the push pull routine but anyway I dont wanna write a book here so Im out thanks for listening if u have any pointers let me know I tend to take in all the info possible.
