it wouldnt suprise me if this thread got deleted but i just wanted to mention how great it is when jealousy and hating comes back to bite someone in the ass. guy ive known for a while tried to call my "bluff" on fbook where i had mentioned i could bench 425lbs more than once...didnt think i could do it all actually. being that i never max out anymore i just so happened to have video recorded it with my phone.

sent him the video via multimedia txt msg....its got to be humiliating to not only be the asshole that wants to hate on someone publicly for higher achievements but on top of that, have to eat ur words when the conversation is over.

dont get me wrong, 425lbs is far from being amazing, but dont hate on me just cause u cant do it! lol

thought i'd share this...im sure everyone has met one of these assholes in a gym somewhere who thinks if they cant do it no one else can. it makes for one helluva day when u can shut them up in front of everyone (in my case 681 people).

Way to go rock! I love it when you get someone that is just talking shit and you can make them eat their words. I am not sure what I can bench since I have long arms since I am 6'4" not to mention slight tendonitis. I have learned to adopt the mindset that I could careless if I can bench 500 as long as I look like I can lol. Way to go on your accomplishment bro, I know it felt good!

USNCTT--Im 6'2" with fairly long arms myself so i DEF understand where u are comin from. for some reason ive always just been kinda strong at flat bench...or well its my best asset anyway. And yes 425 is respectable weight, however, i couldnt care less myself. My theory is the same as urs, as long as i look like i can lol.

i guess the best part was the guy calling "bullshit" on me...if i say the damn sky is purple and chrome out side...dont argue, go get a damn camera so u can take a picture cause its purple and chrome lol otherwise i wouldnt have said it. feels great to make jack asses look like jack asses tho. think everyone could relate to me on that ;)

Ahh I am glad to see that you feel my pain lol. Flat bench has never been my strong suit. I love when you can shut people up and you did it in such a way that you were able to make him look like an idot to 600ppl lol.
 
yea USNCTT, it really sucks for the long armed guys....i have a hard time not calling bullshit on some of these shorter guys that say they can do this and do that...i have to remind myself that they dont have such a long range of motion like i do so they probably actually CAN do it lol

DPH--yes sir!...preciate it brah! you dont realize it til it happens but its the things like that which make hard work pay off sometimes...well besides all the compliments/stares from the ladies of course bahahahaha
