interesting observation about yesterday

yesterday I went to indiana beach, which is an amusement park with roller coasters, small rides, and a water park/beach. Not real big but I got 4 free tickets and I took my wife, son and his friend.

Being that it is a beach park 50% of the people are walking around shirtles (men) or bathing suits women. Is it really really sad how bad the average american looks. I counted less than 5 guys there that even looked like they worked out. And the women who thought they looked good in bikini's was pathetic. Some of them were so fat they looked 6 months pregnant, and WORSE.

Do people have any pride at all????.........come on, if your gonna wear a bikini or go shirtless in public you ought to at least look a little better.

When I went to the beach I took off my shirt and walked around, and I think I am nothing special compared to most of the guys who post pics on these boards, but there I felt like Arnold........it blew my mind. My wife said I was the best built guy there, and like I said I am nothing special. You have all seen my pics. But after comparing myself to the average Joe american, I actually felt pretty good about myself and my looks for once. :buff:

Thats cool g4e. In this day in age people arent concerned about their health...or appearence..lol. Unless you go out on the west coast or some vacation resort area you may not see people in outstanding shape. Its sad but true. A few years back we went to Florida for vacation. It was pretty obvious that people took pride in being in shape. Around here is totally different. Most of the people I know that bodybuild in my area dont even walk around with tanks on. .....lmao.

the midwest is all fat....lol

sad but so true

and the older I get, the more people my age get fat.

We tend to hang on these boards and hold ourselves to a higher standard. But, when we get around the general public... we tend to stand out. I am by no means a brute... but I get comments at work all the time. And, on the boards I would be considered small.

Agreed.

But also Fat America helps out with that. I was just thinking about this yesterday. I mean it seems almost EVERYONE is fat now. Its disgusting. If you go out in public and actually look around its scary. I wonder how some of these people could actually let themselves get like that. Its almost become acceptable or the "norm" to be fat now.

I live in the Midwest too so I dont know how it is else where but its pretty bad here.

It used to never bother me... seeing obese people. And, when someone would comment on the boards about it I just couldn't understand what they were saying.
But now... they do bother me... because more and more they look at me with "condescending" glares... and they are fuckin' rude and unhappy people.

Fat people do serve a purpose, though... in the event of a worldwide nuclear holocost... we can hunt them down and eat them. :triggerha
