Does anybody have a favorite jerky recipe they care to share?

I always use top round cut to about 1/4" thick. My basic marinade so far has been worchestershire sauce with some brown sugar, cayenne and some onion powder. My latest batch I simmered the meat in the marinade for about 45 mins before putting it in the smoker at 215 with some hickory for 4-5 hours.

Mine comes out a little dry but I'm still figuring out what method works best for me. Going to start jerking other meats too once I get my process down.
