What is everyone doing this holiday weekend?? The weather is supposed to be nice up here so there will be plenty of barbeques, beach days and DRINKING!!!

well sunday I am having a big picnic with my church we will play volleyball softball etc...

then that evening we are going to my wife's fathers for a BBQ, so this will be my carb up day for sure. I will be back on diet on monday the 4th, no time to waste
