June 2010, 228#

After 15 months of dieting to get rid of my gut, I continue (since Christmas) to hold my weight between 225-234#.
I started out at 265 and a 40" waist.
In this pic I am 228 with a 34' waist.
I will be 51 next month.

I'm actually 5'11 1/2", but with a full head of hair that tends to go over the top, I look about 6' 2."

Thanks for the positive comments, no wonder those 6 women were flirting with me at the hardware store on Sunday.

The best part is, I just started a six week arm routine, and it looks like just what I needed to look great for this summer.
