yo .. what u all think of hitting chest every 4th day ..lets say i hit chest on Saturday id hit it again on Wednesday the again on Sunday...
diet is perfect , sleep is well ...u think someone can get away with it ...
as long as we feel it recovers ..
goes with back too not legs cuz my legs would need more time ...
 
72hrs...depends how ur body feels. I wouldnt personally but everyone is different. Go for it! i would train lighter with more reps the 2nd time though if I did.
 
I'm sore four days after every chest day....No way I could do it....I think it would hamper shoulder day also imo.....
 
I hit chest and back every 4th day, not in the same workout but in a push pull routine.
 
try it and see what happens... like mentioned above a light day and heavy day would work, two heavy days and my body would be injured
 
It could work for you, wouldn't hut to give it a try, at least for several work outs then change it back up.
 
Persian, don't you know its written in STONE that you must work chest every 7-8 days. How DARE you try it every 4th day GOD forbid! :eek: :p

p.s...With all that gear your sis is runnin' back to ya from Iran every 2 weeks, yo ass could probably kick chest EVERY day and not overtrain brutha!lol :D
 
Depends on how hard you hit your chest and what exercises you do, To much to often and you going to be taxing your CNS to much and get burnt out FAST! If so you know it pretty quick.
I'm every 4 days as mines like Liftsiron push/pull days Mon,Wed,Fri.. But here lately I've been doing a little extra leg work on Sat until I get burnt out then i'll go back like before..
